跟隨郭林老師學定步行功

1974年夏,筆者在北京東單公園由郭林老師親自傳授此功法。大凡因長期受強烈七情干擾者,不論患了哪種疾病都是甚難治癒的。即便以往練過功曾取得過療效, 此刻也無濟於事。郭林老師認為:長期的惡性刺激,必導致周身經絡循行失衡,氣機紊亂。如不清除沉積日深的頑念,把氣機逐漸理順過來,此刻,再好的功法也毫無用處,甚至還會導致更嚴重的出偏 (大意)。她向此類患者說:“給你一種功法,如能恆久習練便會慢慢轉化過來。”筆者依功而行,果然獲得體驗。再佐以老師親授的幾種功法,一練就是十幾個年頭,終於在十五年後的一次全面體檢中,確切證實病體痊癒。

 

定步功功法介紹

一、預備功

第一部分:練功之前的預備功。其功法為,在日常生活中,無論行、立、坐、臥,凡有暇時便默念:“輕輕飄飄,蕩蕩漾漾,若浮若沉,道遙自在”這幾句話,反復不停地念下去。

第二部分:正功的預備功。先松靜站立,然後做上丹田升降開合三次,稍停片刻便開始練正功。

 

二、正功

與自然行功要求一致,再按病情確定出腳次序,以後的步法動作及兩手擺動方式均與現在的風呼吸法定步行功相同,只是節奏上更加輕快自由一些。在整個練功過程中完全採用自然呼吸方式,並且自起步就默念:“我在雲中走,我在水里遊”….直至收功。(老師的解釋:“雲中走”非指腳下踩著雲朵,而是身處雲霞中;“水里遊”非指在水上漂浮,而是身處水中,像魚兒一樣地遊)。在練功中,不再以數“九步”次數換腳 (因為練功者一直在念著導引詞,不可能同時數數) ,而是隨意自然地憑感覺需要換腳。換腳可以以前進一步的方式或後退一步的方式去換,且無須再加中間環節,即“上腳後兩腳平行站立及中丹田三開合”練功時間大約15分鐘到半小時,如做功時感覺舒適,延長些亦可。

 

三、收功

可按現行的慢步行功功法收功;亦可按早期的複式收功法收功;即步子停下來之後,做三次上丹田升降開合,繼而擎起雙手從上前方接住一個宛如飛來的“球”。與此同時自然放掉了原來的守題。接“球”後,重心在前腳,雙手於上丹田處向前旋轉,揉“球”九次;然後雙手抱“球”,沿任脈緩緩下降至中丹田處停下,重心移至後腳,開始向後旋轉,揉“球”九次;然後重心前移,雙手抱“球”,沿任脈上舉至上丹田將“球”拋出去(意念不隨“球”走,而是隨手下降)。接著雙手沿任脈下降至中丹田處,雙手疊放於氣海穴 (男左手在下,女右手在下)。雙手同時圍繞中丹田,似觸非觸地做螺旋式揉轉,逐漸展擴(上不過膻中、下不過曲骨) ,旋轉九週後停於膻中處(男子先向左旋,女子相反) ,之後做三個氣呼吸再上下換手向反向旋揉九週,並逐漸縮小,最後回歸至中丹田,並做三個氣呼吸。最後是導引回氣,雙手沿任脈平舉至印堂處,略微分開,手心朝臉部,在雙眼前攥拳掐勞宮穴三次 (配合呼吸,吸松呼按)。雙手自然下落於兩跨旁,平行松靜站立片刻。
