練功第四步曲 – 休息

休息是練氣功的氣化。氣化就是讓練功產生的氣化開,讓氣在身上化掉。

 

休息可以閉目静坐或慢慢行走,至少5分不説話,以便充分氣化。一般功目大多數休息15分鐘,有些功目會產生豐富內氣,便要休息20分鐘。

 

  • 一般功目大多數休息15分鐘,有些功目會產生豐富內氣,如特快功,便要休息20-30分鐘。
  • 休息可以坐下,也可以慢慢行走。最好閉目靜坐不說話,以便充分氣化。
  • 最少頭5分鐘不說話,其他時間可喝些水,吃點食物等。
  • 練功時不准說話,說話太多會傷氣,否則練出的元氣會氣虧的。
  • 不可不休息或趕功,否則會出偏差。
