功法介紹 – 頭頸鬆靜功

 

功效

適合頭昏腦脹、小腦萎縮、腰酸背痛、全身疲憊、骨質增生、頸椎病、腰椎病、嚴重失眠患者。

 

功法

鬆靜端坐,左右各做一次為一輪,連做9輪。做三個氣呼吸,先口呼,後鼻吸,重複三次。

  1. 左右兩側轉
  2. 低頭望天轉
  3. 左右側枕轉
  4. 左右腰頭旋轉
  5. 前上斜45度伸縮轉
  6. 後上斜45度伸縮轉
  7. 男左上斜 (女右上斜) 45度伸縮轉
  8. 男右上斜 (女左上斜) 45度伸縮轉
  9. 下頦向前劃圈轉
  10. 後腦勺向後劃圈轉
  11. 點穴回氣
