功法介紹 – 自然行功​

 

功效

防治感冒、消炎、低燒和防癌治癌。透過大量吸氧、調動內氣、疏通經絡、調和氣血、改善循環,調整人體內在的陰陽平衡,提高身體的免疫力。

 

功法

肝、膽、眼先出右腳,其餘癌症先出左腳。

高蹺腳尖,不走八字,雙膝微彎,坐胯鬆腰,導引還丹,自然轉頭,動靜相兼,搖動夾脊,雙手從中丹田到環跳畫弧來回擺。用鼻風呼吸。

腳跟吸吸,腳跟呼,腳跟吸吸,腳跟呼,同時轉腰轉頭。

 

練功時間

共45分鐘。分三節,每節15分鐘。
