功法介紹 – 手棍功

 

效果

對心臟病、高血壓、冠心病、肩周炎、關節炎、腰腿痛、胃痛、牙痛、各種消化系統有比較突出療效。感冒初起低燒,可見立癒之效。
是初級鬆腰功和糾偏功。

 

功法

閉目練功法,自然呼吸,共做五個揉棍法,每個揉棍法左右腳各做4次。完成後做中丹田三個開合。
晚上7-9點是最佳練習時間。此時是心包經氣血最強時間。但上午和下午也可以。
1. 前后揉棍法
2. 下蹲式揉棍法
3. 左右揉棍法
4. 唖門揉棍法
5. 側身劃環揉棍法

收功前先要做「點穴回氣法」。
