功法介紹 – 定步功

 

功效

本功能增强人體臟腑功能,培補人體正氣,提高自身免疫力。對防治感冒、消炎、退燒及慢性病有顯著療效。適合各種癌症、炎症患者和亞健康者。

 

擺手式定步功

擺手式定步功:蹺腳吸吸重心向前,呼同時轉腰轉頭又擺手,放平後腳做自然呼吸的吸,腰带頭和手臂轉回正前方,做自然呼吸的呼。每隻腳重複做9次為一輪,做三輪,也可以做六輪。 本功適合各種癌症和炎症患者,對防治感冒、消炎、退燒及慢性病有好的療效。

 

擺手快式定步功

擺手快式定步功:和擺手式定步功相同,分別在於只採用一個中度風呼吸,重心向後移時沒有自然呼吸,在動作頻率上比較快。本功動作靈活快速,吸氧大,產生豐富內氣,適於各種癌症、白血病、血沉快、血壓低、血小板低、氣管炎和神經衰弱者練習。有嚴重心臟病、高血壓者,不宜練習。

 

腎俞式定步功

腎俞式定步功:與擺手式定步功相同,但手放在腎俞穴。
本功適用於婦科病、心臟病、糖尿病、泌尿系統疾病、紅斑狼瘡及各種腎病。

 

慢式定步功

慢式定步功:動作大致相同,不同點是採用自然呼吸,速度緩慢和著重意念導引進行。慢慢地自然呼吸,吸氣手鬆透大擺手,重心轉移往前要後腳鬆透,柔和地慢慢呼氣,「以腰為軸,氣為綱」輕緩地慢轉腰轉頭。腰帶頭和手臂轉回正前方,做自然呼吸。

 

慢式定步功是動靜雙兼的郭林靜功,特别注重意念導引和鬆靜。
意念要做到「輕輕飄飄、蕩蕩洋洋、若浮若沉、逍遥自在、好像在雲中走,好像在水中行」。勢子要保持肩腰手肘手腕完全放鬆,做到「圓、輭、鬆、靜、通、透」,擺手時,手三陰經要鬆到指尖,足三陽經要鬆到腳底涌泉;督脉和任脉要鬆到會陽穴。此功適用於心臟病、高血壓、糖尿病、肝炎或體質虚弱、病情嚴重的癌者。
