吐音 要求全身放鬆，而放鬆狀態下發出的聲音就能夠反饋到人的身上，使人的全身產生一種共振現象，從而達到激發臟腑經氣，疏通臟腑經絡，調和臟腑氣血，改善臟腑循環，調節和改善臟腑功能及其機能活動的目的。
身體有傷口、臟腑穿孔、 潰瘍、咳血、出血、吐血、便血、女子經期、身孕、體質過於虚弱、指標過低等暫不吐音

 

功效

  • 吐高哈音：對防治炎症、實寒實熱重症、紅斑狼瘡、癌瘤有效；
  • 慢性病：氣管炎、喉炎、肺炎、心臟病、肝病、脾病、腎病、胃病、皮膚病等；
  • 糾偏：糾正胸悶、腹脹、呼吸不順等。
